assistance program of quality housing and resources to meet your family
need.
In
order to process your
application, we require the following: Government issued, valid photo
identification for every member 18
years or older, Social Security card for all members of
household, Birth Certificates for all members of household, Proof of
Enrollment
for any Education, Verification of income (including employment wages,
certification of self-employment earnings, regular family
contributions, social
security benefits, SSI, veterans benefits, pension, retirement, food
stamps and
child support or any other Government assistance and income from
assets).
